No Contract Policy

1. Purpose
This policy outlines Skillthrive.io’s commitment to providing flexible, no-contract options for our users. We believe
in the value of our services and want our users to stay with us because of the quality we provide, not because of
contractual obligations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by Skillthrive.io, including but not limited to Career mapping,
online courses, mentorship programs, and skill assessment tools.
3. Policy Statement
3.1. No Long-Term Commitments: Skillthrive.io does not require users to sign long-term contracts for our
services.
3.2. Month-to-Month Billing: All our services are offered month-to-month, allowing users to cancel at any
time without incurring penalties.
3.3. Transparency: We commit to clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or charges.
3.4. Cancellation: Users/Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the
current billing cycle.
3.5. Data Retention: Upon cancellation, user data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation if desired. After
30 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
3.6. Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain high-quality services that encourage user retention based on satisfaction
rather than a contractual obligation.
4. User Rights and Responsibilities
4.1. Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.
4.2. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription if they no longer wish to use our services.
4.3. Users agree to pay for services rendered up to the end of the billing cycle in which they cancel.
5. Company Rights and Responsibilities
5.1. Skillthrive.io reserves the right to modify or terminate services with appropriate notice to users.
5.2. We commit to providing at least 30 days’ notice of any changes to this policy or our service offerings.
5.3. We will not automatically renew or upgrade user subscriptions without explicit consent.
6. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary before its expiration date of February 28, 2025. Any changes will be communicated to all users at least 30 days before implementation.
